  1. I’ve had a food intolerance test and have so many food sensitivities. I can’t have rice or egg and only certain meat, vegetables, or fruit. If I were eating even common easily digested foods, it might still contribute to leaky gut. i guess it depends how bad it is. If I eat apple or honey, my stomach immediately swells up. Just thought I should say. Each person’s permitted foods would probably be different, according to their food sensitivities.
